Accountability and difficult conversations

Accountability, difficult conversations and getting into the detail is something I see business owners and leaders struggle with.

I often hear how stressed they feel, how frustrated and how it’s easier to just do it themselves.

I get it. Having those conversations can be tough, especially in small businesses where the lines between colleagues/friends can be blurred.

People are scared to be seen as mean or unkind - when the opposite is true.

Clear is kind.

The first step to creating high performing teams that are happy and accountable is clarity. Clarity over what is expected and the ability to listen what is really going on.

If this is something you struggle with you aren’t alone. There is a solution.
