  • Timeline varies based on the scope and complexity of work. Handbooks and Contracts can be turned around in days. Longer more complex projects will be fully mapped out and timelines agreed with you in advance.

  • Yes, we specialise in working with small businesses.

  • Absolutely. Many of our long-term clients begin with a focused project to address a specific need before exploring broader partnership options.

  • Yes! For most businesses we operate remotely but are very present in their businesses.  For businesses that are within 1 hour travel to Chichester, West Sussex we will happily come into your business to work with you.

  • INo! We ask for 2 months notice for clients on a retained agreement.  For ad-hoc clients you may leave at any time - although we hope you will stay for many years!
