Emily is our founder and lead HR Consultant. Emily is passionate about supporting small businesses and comes from a family of small business owners and entrepreneurs. Emily lives in Chichester with two black labradors and loves nature, spending time out and about and training to wear out Luna the pup!

Gina is Emily’s EA and all round admin and organisation queen. Gina works behind the scenes and directly with clients to support with all services.

Hayley is our HR Advisor and works directly with clients to support on all HR issues. Hayley has a background in environmental and engineering businesses.
