    Emily is our founder and lead HR Consultant. Emily is passionate about supporting small businesses and comes from a family of small business owners and entrepreneurs. Emily lives in Chichester with two black labradors and loves nature, spending time out and about and training to wear out Luna the pup!

    Gina is our HR Administrator where her extensive knowledge of process and incredible attention to detail ensures that the needs of our clients are met with precision. With a detail-oriented approach, she manages various administrative functions, including onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation.
