Meet Emily

Hi, I’m Emily and I’ve been working as an HR Consultant and Coach for the last 20 years.

 During this time I’ve worked with hundreds of small businesses, and spent a lot of my professional career working in and around the recruitment industry – so this is something I know really well and am passionate about supporting.

 I set up my business to help small business owners that often end up falling out of love with their businesses due to the stress and overwhelm they face.  Having personally been through this myself, I know only too well how soul destroying this can be. I’ve seen business owners crippled with fear over dealing with a poorly performing employee, stressed to the point of not being able to sleep over a bad leaver stealing clients, and wondering if it is all worth it.

Running your own business can be hugely fulfilling, but without direction and clarity you can feel lost. Add to that stressful people issues, it can feel overwhelming.

But it doesn’t need to be that way.

 I’ve often been called the ‘Business Therapist’ because my approach is holistic.  I know firsthand that business success is not just down to practicalities. Mindset is key to growing a successful business.  So not only can I work with you to create a high performing team and sort your HR out, I can work with you personally to get you performing at your absolute best.
