REMINDER: You Belong In The Founder Seat

So who else struggles with imposter syndrome? πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ

Look I know it’s a trendy topic, but honestly, I’m raising my hand to admit I've struggled deeply with imposter syndrome throughout my entire professional journey.

That feeling that at any moment you'll be 'found out' as not good enough or qualified enough is exhausting to grapple with alone.

I spent far too many early days plagued by self-doubt, operating from a place of fear rather than confidence. And I'm certain the shaky confidence I tried desperately to hide hindered my leadership and decision making abilities at times. I remember sitting in client meetings thinking I don’t deserve to be here, and wondering when my time would be up and they would find me out for the fraud that I was.

Through coaching and community over time, I've been able to start dismantling those false narratives. While a occasional flicker of imposter syndrome will crop up, I've got range of tools I can use to stop it sinking me completely.

I share this because I know too many remarkable founders who feel crippled by these same inner shadows. I see it day in and out with my clients and it pains me to witness it stifle their potential.

If this strikes a chord for you, please know support exists. Reach out anytime to have a judgement-free chat or consider working with me 1:1. Quieting your inner critic is challenging but fully possible work, and I have tried and tested techniques that are proven to work.

You belong in that founder seat - don't let self-doubt convince you otherwise.
