Feeling Overwhelmed Managing The People In Your Business?

As a small business owner chances are you are pretty busy, some might even say overwhelmed at times. So imagine then adding the following to your to do list:

- negotiating a settlement with an exiting employee
- preparing all docs and liaising with solicitors
- holding annual appraisals, and all associated follow up work
- working with an employee to support them with their mental health
- developing a new manager

This was the reality of the first 6 weeks of working with a new client of mine. All of the above plus running their very busy business.

It could have been incredibly stressful - not to mention distracting and potentially a legal nightmare.

Luckily we were able to step in and help.

The service me and my team offer small business owners isn’t just sitting on the end of a phone and advising piecemeal. We like to roll up our sleeves and get in there to really help.
