This client's journey is seriously impressive - organic growth over a decade to a team of 30, fuelled by a fantastic culture. But like many growing businesses, they've hit a common hurdle. A lack of structure creating bottlenecks for the owners.

I'm thrilled to help them build a clear people structure, provide solid HR support, and cultivate a performance culture that values personal growth alongside business success. We'll be engaging in 1:1 sessions and guiding new department heads as they step into management roles.
