Does Your Business Align With Your Personal Values?

An uncomfortable question for you....

Does your business truly align with your personal values?

I don't just mean in an aesthetic logo and branding way. But down to the core operations, team culture, client experiences and leadership decisions.

Early on, I hate to admit, that I gave more lip service to concepts like sustainability and work-life balance than actually building them into systems. I thought revenue and scale had to come first.

However over time I felt inauthentic and apathetic in running a business that wasn't really true to me. I lost the love.

I share this because I see too many conscious entrepreneurs dismiss those niggling "something doesn't feel right" voices. They push on through the apathy and think things will somehow just get better when they achieve the next goal. Yet the reality is often a loss of love and motivation for a business that once gave them so much.

If this strikes a chord, know that overcoming this IS possible with concerted effort. It is possible to create fulfilling goals that are grounded in authenticity and values - it just takes a bit of work to get there.
